Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst with 3–4 years of total experience. As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will analyze organizational processes and systems. Your typical day will involve assessing the current business model, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that technology aligns with business objectives.

Skills, Roles & Responsibilities
1. You’ll be responsible for thoroughly understanding client needs and translating them into actionable plans.
2. Collaborate with internal solutioning team, product and sales teams to design customized solutions that meet client needs.
3. Assist team in responding to RFIs, RFPs, preparing sales collaterals.
4. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members.
5. You’ll engage in important client-facing activities, including proof-of-concepts, to demonstrate the value of our solution offerings.
