Addressing the client's operational and customer engagement needs, we designed and developed a Hotel Booking Software integrated with a modern, user-friendly, and responsive website. At the frontend of the web-based booking system, we focused on developing a user-friendly interface with features for guest registration, login and room bookings. The platform enabled customers to view real-time room availability and make calendar-based bookings with ease. Additionally, the system integrated secure online payment gateways and provided booking confirmation notifications via email and SMS.
The backend of the hotel management system was made accessible to the hotel administration and staff.
